Legal status of hemp & cannabis seed genetics: As of January 6th, 2022, the US Department of Justice’s Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) issued an official letter clarifying the legal details. It states that all cannabis seeds and plants, regardless of genetic makeup, are now included in the 2018 Hemp Farm Act and are no longer classified as drugs on the US schedule list. This change aligns with the guidelines and rules of the hemp farm bill.

The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) authorized the production of hemp and removed hemp and hemp seeds from the DEA’s schedule of Controlled Substances. It also mandated the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) to issue regulations and guidance for a program that establishes a consistent regulatory framework for hemp production across the United States. This regulatory framework allows US hemp farmers to participate in other USDA farm programs, such as the US Domestic Hemp Production Program, which oversees hemp production in the country. The program enables the USDA to approve plans submitted by states and Indian tribes for domestic hemp production. Additionally, a federal plan is established for producers in states or territories of Indian tribes that choose not to administer a state or tribe-specific plan, provided that the state or tribe does not ban hemp production.

All our seeds and plants adhere to the guidelines set by the USDA, IDOA, and the DEA, with THC levels below 0.3%.

We maintain a comprehensive supply chain record for all genetics, sourcing them from reputable cultivators and seed breeders.

Seeds are sold as collectible genetic souvenirs, contain less than 0.03% THC, and are intended for individuals who are 21+ years of age.
